Information may therefore be accessed in the United States, Spain or another production location when needed for a project. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Filmvolume and its providers use an applicable legal mechanism.
06 / How long it is kept
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. Client, contract, production and financial records are kept for the relationship and afterwards for the period reasonably required to protect legal rights and satisfy applicable record-keeping duties. Security logs are retained only for the operational period set by the relevant provider or as needed to investigate an incident.
